Fire & Rescue Station 4 was built in 2013 and features many amenities for our members including a large day room, storage areas, a large apparatus bay, individual bunk rooms, and an EMS office. We share Station 4 with Virginia Beach Fire Department Engine 4 and Battalion 2.

Utility 4, also known as the “Storm Truck,” is a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. It’s a Jack-of-all-Trades vehicle for CBVRS, towing our Cart 4 to events and calls, providing transport for members to trainings, duties, and errands, allowing us easier access to local hiking trails, narrow roads, alleys and the beach as well as a storm response platform. Cart 4 is a 2008 mini-ambulance built on a Polaris 4x4 chassis. It’s used to respond to emergencies in places our normal ambulances just can’t go, like the Chesapeake Beach, large groups including concerts and festivals, and more. It can be outfitted for both Basic and Advanced Life Support.
Ambulance 420 is a 2017 Horton on a Dodge Ram chasis. This vehicle was purchased new, and is outfitted as an Advanced Life Support unit but can be placed in service as either a basic or advanced life support unit. It also features a Stryker power cot and autoloader as well as LUCAS CPR device and Lifepack.
Ambulance 422 is a 2020 Horton former demonstration unit on a Dodge Ram chassis. This vehicle is outfitted as an Advanced Life Support unit but can be placed in service as either a basic or advanced life support unit. It also features a Stryker power cot and autoloader as well as LUCAS CPR device and Lifepack.

This vehicle was purchased new, and is outfitted as an Advanced Life Support unit but can be placed in service as either a basic or advanced life support unit. Built in 2013, it features a large day room, kitchen, fitness facility, individual bunk rooms with separate bathrooms, and office space. We share the station with the Virginia Beach Fire Department’s Engine 4 and Battalion 2.
